Some organisations will require you to take Situational Judgement Tests (or SJTs as they're known).  You are presented with a scenario that is typical of the type of role you are applying for and will be offered a multiple choice selection of answers.  In some cases you may be required to identify the least effective answer;the most effective answer or both.  Most of the tests are carried out on line and often within a time limit.  If you want to have a go at a free test then click here.
